  • The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:20 PM.

  • Our wedding will be from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM. We’ll flow from the ceremony into drinks and mingling, then dinner, and finish the night with lots of dancing!

  • You’ll receive your invitation 3–4 months before the wedding, with all the RSVP details inside. We can’t wait to hear from you!

  • We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! While there’s no official dress code, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. September in Missoula can bring warm sunshine during the day and cool, crisp evenings, so we recommend bringing layers. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception to follow will be indoors.

  • The closest hotels to Snowbowl are about 20 minutes from the lodge, with great options like the C’mon Inn and Best Western Grant Creek Inn in the Grant Creek area. If you’d prefer to stay closer to Missoula’s restaurants and breweries, downtown hotels such as the AC Hotel, The Wren, or the Holiday Inn Downtown put you right in the heart of the city.

  • We won’t be providing group transportation, as most of our guests are local or will be driving in. Snowbowl is about 30 minutes from town, and the road up to the lodge is a true Montana mountain drive. A good portion of the road is dirt with a few twists and turns. No 4-wheel drive is needed, but we recommend taking it slow and enjoying the views along the way. There will be plenty of parking once you arrive.

  • Most invitations don’t include a plus one, but if there’s someone special you’d like to bring, please ask us, we’re happy to chat!

  • Yes! The bar will have a selection of beers (some local), as well as wines and seltzers.

    The venue doesn’t allow outside alcohol, so please stick to what’s provided—we’ll have plenty!

  • NO! Cell service is very limited at Snowbowl. Wifi will be there if you need it, but we’d love for you to disconnect for a few hours to celebrate with us!

  • The best gift is having you with us on our wedding day! But if you’d like to contribute, we will be setting up a honeymoon fund to help fuel our adventures. (More details will be found on invitation that will arrive 3-4 months before the wedding)

  • That’s right, we’re already legally married. This celebration is our chance to gather with friends and family for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing we’ve been looking forward to!
